Carmone

A craft beer enthusiast for over 20 years, Carmone is the Chief Creative Officer for The Phoenix Brewing Company in Mansfield, Ohio. She coordinates marketing, design, merchandise, and the staff and public Craft Beer Education program. Occasionally she dabbles in home brewing and helps out in the brewery with recipe development. A member of the Pink Boots Society and founder of the Jane Doe's Craft Beer Consortium, she is an avid supporter of women in the Craft Beer Industry and in the taproom. A Certified Beer Server, she is studying to become a Certified Cicerone. At home, she and her husband, who is a professional brewer, enjoy cooking with with beer and pairing beers with different foods for the best flavor combinations. After spending 20 years in education and loving it, she never dreamed she would find another career that she would love even more. She now wants to share some of those Craft-Beer-Life experiences with other craft beer lovers. Cheers!
